Well, this isn't exactly what happened. But this is how I saw it at first.

She handed me a photocopy of some page that had a funny Dilbert on it. . . But I didn't see that until after the headline "Parent Counts Days Until Teen Leaves Home" that was just below it, heading an advice column.

So you can see where I was coming with that. . . Maybe. . .

If not. . . Oh well.
