Missing Parts November 4, 2008

This is something that really happened. . . Although I wasn't the one that made the call.

Someone bought a pet door, and on the cover it had a piece that wasn't in the box. When called they said that they aren't packing the doors with that piece, but they will send it out to anyone that calls to complain. . .

Why wait for someone to complain? That's just silly.
