This happened to me.

The only differences were: I was sweeping, and she stuck her head in the door five minutes before we opened.

I just don't get people!

And I don't understand why she was trying to call UPS on a sunday!! And then got all antsy because they didn't pick up! On a SUNDAY!

This conversation happened on a monday.
