Well, this is because in the store I work in, the two owners never know what the other is doing. And now one of the owner's daughter is the store manager, and she seems to have become a kind of "queen." I think that the power has gone to her head. . . And she doesn't let anyone do anything. But there are other reasons behind why that may be, too. . . either way. . .That's not the point.

The point is, that a month ago, the store was being run a bit better. At the time it was a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing.

Now it is a case of the left hand not knowing that there is a right hand. . .

It's a bit trying to work under those conditions. And I am sure that everyone has been there at least once.

See, in previous years, the main owner (S~) was in control. And she seemed to know what she was doing. So, her sister (G~, co-owner) would rely on her to make most of the decisions for the store. And it was working. But she has some problems with her back, and she has backed out a little and has another job that (in theory) is less physically demanding Well. She gave the responsibility to G~ and G~'s daughter, H~. H~ doesn't know what she is doing. All of a sudden she is ordering us around. . . Whatever.

But S~ still makes decisions once in a while that will, more often than not now, be overridden by one of the two other family members. . . It is frustrating.

But I have to stay there for only a few more months. Then I will have almost a year there, and I (if everything goes well) will be moving out of town.
