I never knew that those construction signs were made from a whole bunch of little reflector squares.
This particular sign is only part of a sign. I looked like the crew (at some point) needed some new blockades and didn't have any, so they chopped up a sign and slapped some lengths of wood on it for legs. It looked like a shiny saw horse.
