Don't worry, I didn't cook my little hammy.
He did bite me good today, though. He held on for a really long time, and when I tried to get him off, he started to chew. . . It hurt a lot. But it doesn't hurt anymore, which is good because I had a moderate amount of typing for class, and it really was near the tip of my (left) index finger. Between the whorl and the inside of the knuckle. . . Owies.
He's just old and cranky. . . That's all. . . My mom thinks that he is cranky because he is having old hamster pains. Maybe. . . He sure is angrier at the stuff in his cage than he used to be. He just kicked the crap out of a toilet paper roll that's been in there for weeks because it was in his way. . .
*sniffles*
I'm gonna be real sad when he goes. . . We've had him for only 10 months. . . And they live for only a year or two (that's for the dwarves, the big ones live twice that long), and he belonged to a college kid before we got him for who knows how long. Poor baby, I hope he goes peacefully.
What can ya do, right?
Laters!
