I am NOT picking on minorities!

Just want to get that out of the way.

I am picking on the "Affirmative Action" system that says that a company has to have a certain number of minority employees, whether or not they have the qualifications or not. . . I have seen perfectly capable men get turned down for jobs so unqualified women could get the position. . . Just so there were more women on site. . .

And I am NOT saying that there are no women qualified for these positions, I'm just saying that all applicants should be considered!

Stupid. . .
